This website is operated by Evgenia Makarova, a self-employed artist based in the United Kingdom. By visiting this website or purchasing artwork from this store, you agree to the following terms.

Products

This store sells original artwork, including original paintings and works on paper. Each artwork is described and photographed as accurately as possible. Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

All artworks are subject to availability. As original artworks are one-of-a-kind, once an artwork is sold, it may no longer be available.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

I reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is an error in product information, pricing, availability, shipping details, or if fraudulent activity is suspected. If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, a refund will be issued.

Shipping

Artwork will be packed carefully for shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier, customs, or other circumstances outside my control.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. I am not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Please inspect your artwork when it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact me as soon as possible at artzhenyam@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the artwork and packaging.

International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to the Return and Refund Policy.

Custom or Commissioned Artwork

Custom, personalised, or commissioned artwork may require a separate agreement before work begins.

Custom, personalised, or commissioned artwork cannot be returned or refunded unless it arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Intellectual Property

Purchasing an original artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Copyright remains with the artist.

The artist may use images of the artwork for portfolio, marketing, prints, publications, social media, and archival purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers may not reproduce, resell copies, license, or commercially use images of the artwork without written permission from the artist.

Website Use

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes, interfere with the website’s operation, or attempt to misuse the checkout, payment, or account systems.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
