Shipping Policy

I ship original artwork from the United Kingdom.

Processing Time

Original artworks are carefully packed before shipping. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated on the product page or agreed with the customer.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout where available.

Delivery times depend on the destination, courier, customs processing, and other circumstances outside my control. Any delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Packaging

Each artwork is packed carefully using protective materials suitable for shipping original artwork. For larger or more fragile pieces, additional preparation time may be required.

Tracking and Insurance

Where possible, artworks are shipped using tracked delivery. For higher-value artworks, I may use insured shipping or require a signature on delivery.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. I am not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact me at artzhenyam@gmail.com as soon as possible.

If the artwork arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and send clear photos of the artwork and packaging so that I can review the issue with the courier.
