Return and Refund Policy

I want you to be happy with your artwork. If you would like to return an original painting purchased from my store, please contact me at artzhenyam@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

After your return request has been approved, you will have 14 days to send the artwork back to me.

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: undamaged, unaltered, and in its original protective packaging where possible. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the artwork arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described. I strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as the customer is responsible for the artwork until it is safely returned to me.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your artwork when it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact me as soon as possible at artzhenyam@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the artwork and packaging, so that I can review the issue and make it right.

Custom or commissioned artwork

Custom, personalised, or commissioned artwork cannot be returned or refunded unless it arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect the returned artwork, I will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 14 days.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
